How I work...

🍃 I’m Dr. Sheila French (EdD), a mindfulness trainer and founder of Train My Mind.

I’m passionate about helping people reach their potential in both life and work. With over 25 years in education, I bring experience, warmth, and a grounded approach to everything I do.

I’m a qualified mindfulness facilitator and NLP Master Coach, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen. I teach mindfulness to individuals, groups, workplaces, and schools, including Paws.b and .b programmes for children.
